Product description

UHF series cable provides the lowest insertion loss in the current industry, and has excellent mechanical phase, temperature phase, and attenuation stability. And has good processing ability for power bearing. This is achieved through a cable structure, which uses an ultra-low-density PTFE medium and a silver-plated copper belt wrap shield. This series of products are widely used in phase control radar, military electronic equipment and other applications that have harsh requirements for phase and attenuation.

Phase Change vs Temperature (PPM)


The temperature phase refers to the PPM value of the phase of the cable changing at a certain temperature range under a stationary state. The PPM value of the UHF series cable in the range of -50 ° ~ 80 ° is: 500 PPM. If the PPM is converted to a percentage number "%" = 0.05 %, the change is relatively small. It is mainly the structure of the cable and the material of the dielectric layer that plays a decisive role. Therefore, this is also the feature of the UHF series cable. In addition to the effect of temperature on the phase, The main factor that affects the phase change is the mechanical environment. The phase value of the cable is tested under constant temperature and the phase change amplitude after bending is used to judge the mechanical phase stability.
